There are two ways you can do this. You use our online repair request at where you can report the job and our operations team will make contact and arrange for an engineer to visit site. Alternatively, you can call us on 0330 1221250.
At Safehouse we employ a wide range of engineers covering a large number of trades. We always allocate the best engineer for the job whether the work is electrical, plumbing, gas, carpentry, windows and doors, kitchen fitting, bathroom installers, roofers etc.
For urgent issues we do have an out of hours service. You would need to call our office on 0330 1221250 and if the call is made outside of normal working hours then you will be automatically forwarded to mobile number with one of our engineers. Once a call is made to our out of hours mobile we will arrange for the correct engineer to attend.
We provide quotations for all the work that we carry out.
We cover London and Southern England predominantly, but we do travel further afield for certain contracts that are nationwide.

We will make contact to book a job within 12 hours of receiving a job request. As with all work we aim to provide a quick turnaround for the client and all the timescales are fully communicated with the client. We aim to complete all repairs with two days.
